Leon the Bat-Chat

The "Batignolles-Chatillon Char 25T" was a tank developed in France in the 1950s. It was a fairly small, light tank with high speed (up to 65km/h) and a big gun (90mm). Like many other French tank designs of that time, it was equipped with an "auto-loader" that loaded shells into the main gun from a pre-loaded drum, allowing for a very high rate of fire from the main gun. The auto-loader also meant that the tank had only 4 crew instead of 5 (commander, driver, gunner, and co-driver, but no dedicated loader). The downside to having an auto-loader is that once the drum is empty, the it cannot be reloaded in the middle of combat. The tank must retreat to a safe area where the crew can exit the tank, remove the drums, and reload them manually.
This tank is also known for being popular among the "World of Tanks" community where it is known as the "Bat-Chat." It's auto-loader style gun allows for very rapid fire and thus immense burst damage potential but a very long reload time once the clip is spent.

So yes, Leon is the Bat-Chat. He's got a cocky attitude and a carries a small arsenal of guns to back up boasts about his abilities. When they're empty though, his cockiness tends to melt away until he can reload. Some malign him as a coward because he often withdraws from confrontations, but the only reason he does so is to reload and come back for more.
(btw, I would have given him a FAMAS, but they don't have that in Kisekae).
